Hi,

I realise you're updating the Analytics and Monitoring dashboard, I would just like to know if you have any idea when (abouts) the upgrade will be completed and the dashboard will return?

There’s no ETA at this point, but we’re working on it as quickly as possible.

Almost 3 months have passed since Jo asked the question about the vanished dashboard. I suppose that there is no ETA for the new dashboard yet, but can you give us a little hint, what takes so long, and why you had to remove the old dashboard so early.

Analytics has been rolled into the upcoming infrastructure upgrade (releasing seamless public, private, dedicated tiers). Where it used to represent 1 type of underlying resource (public), it’s now been expanded to provide insight into all resources, which in turn powers alerts and auto-scaling.

Originally, we intended to simply update analytics for the inclusion of private resources, but we realized that dedicated was possible, analytics was expanded as the scope of that effort was expanded.

At this point, we anticipate analytics with the upcoming rollout of features (see the 6 week roadmap blog post).

sorry for saying it this way, but... I've learned that, on project management, you should never have a product phase with such a big scope like this. you should make it smaller and subdivide in other steps.
now we are for HALF A YEAR with no idea about how our app is behaving. and you still have no plans for releasing the interface...

looks like you have run out of re$ources with such a big improvement and have given up on it.
