I cant delete app.

Hi
I made several apps for test.
I can't delete apps by the admin page and also command.

Here is command results.
$ pagoda destroy

I was unable to find your application name.
what is the name of your application? test-apps
Are you totally completely sure you want to delete test-apps forever and ever?
THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE! (y/n) y

I have the same issue as well. It seems destroying apps are disabled for some reason.

Deleting apps has been temporarily disabled as a precaution against a reported bug. It should be re-enabled soon. Thanks for your patience.
