Pagoda Box Portal | Deploy and Scale PHP Apps Use git tags and not branches?

Is it possible to use git tags (http://learn.github.com/p/tagging.html) to choose which version of our app to deploy instead of branches?

Currently that feature isn’t available but it is on our list of requested features. No ETA though.
