Are you regularly scanned for PCI DSS compliance?
My merchant account provider (Moneris) requires PCI DSS compliance. Are your services PCI DSS compliant? How often are you scanned for compliance?
Our infrastructure is built to be PCI compliant, but we haven’t been officially audited or certified yet. PCI compliance requires detailed documentation that we are in the process of fleshing out. Once the documentation is in place, we will be ready to be audited and certified. In the future, PCI compliance scans will most likely be done on a quarterly basis.
